We had had Richard from KW Suspension’s car here for a while fettling the engine and preparing the newly painted shell. He also asked us to fit his new interior due to him not having time before the show. Then arrived the wheels which really were the icing on the cake and bought it bang up to date (Last time he had driven the car was 2003). KW Suspension used the car on there trade stand at the Ultimate Dubs show in Telford as a demonstrator for the Coilover suspension where it was received by the public very well.

Carl and Jay asked us to help them fit a set of wheels that…… well you can see the pictures the challenge we had. This was a car built a few years ago to a very high standard and is now being finished of in the usual Players style. Watch out for this in the future, its going to turn a few heads!
Our customer gave us a simple brief with this car… “Make it look better than when it came from the factory”. We had previously upgraded the engine management to allow for upgrades so this visit for 18 year old Ash was purely for cosmetic reasons. Again put together in just over 1 week for the ultimate dubs show in Telford we have carried out bodywork (including smoothing the bumpers and side trims) suspension upgrades and the finishing touch at this stage was a set of 19″ VSXX wheels by Work. I think you will agree we achieved or target with this car.
Well we finally got the TT cab finished which we have been working on for about the last 6 months.It made its debut at the first VW/Audi show of the year in Telford. The show is an indoor show with a great mix of all types of VW/Audi models. The TT went down a storm and the owner Dan (Plimsole) Johnson was overjoyed in picking up his first trophy of 2009 in the Audi Class.
The car has been totally rebuilt by us including a colour change/retrim/Tuned engine/ Suspension and wheels (Full spec to follow).
